I have to hand it to you, Dan, and Mail Order Pet Supplies Inc., I never had felt that I was not informed about anything. Delivery of the products were also impressive and fast. I like how the liquid products was bagged and the use of bio-friendly box as packaging material. I got everything as I ordered and no damages. The pricing is great and the products themselves work on their own merits. Oh btw, thank you for zero delivery charge*. That is a bonus, hope all your customers can see that (when comparing prices). Over all, I am now a faithful customer, and definitely will be re-ordering in the near future.

We recently had a mix-up through your site. Of course, this was not due to anything on your end. I ordered a Tsunami Top-Off unit a week and a half ago (or so). The sale was finalized through PayPal but not through your site. I was extremely impressed with how quickly you dealt with the situation and notified me about it. After that we quickly cleared the situation. I notified you of the order that I was supposed to be getting late Sunday night, the order was shipped on Monday the 13th, and arrived midday today, on the 14th.
